Whether facing life transitions, emotional stress, or mental health diagnoses, her clients are motivated to grow, even if they feel stuck. She provides supportive guidance and encourages clients to take meaningful steps toward clarity and well-being.
Using evidence-based talk therapy, Summer creates a collaborative space where clients define what matters most to them. Her approach includes offering new perspectives, building self-awareness, and exploring practical strategies to help clients move forward with confidence and intention.
