This company is supposed to be caring for my grandson who is 6. They put him on medication and refuse to manage it, making him go 6 weeks in between initial dosing and a follow-up after a Dr. was dozing off on a zoom call, maybe even nodding off, then he recommends immediately to acute hospitalization without even knowing him or thinking of more rational interventions. Now my daughter pulled him from school for an appointment I begged for and they never even called at all, she has been waiting by the phone for over an hour. No one called to let her know they would be late, nothing. This is utter neglect of a child, a six year old child!!! They should not be allowed near children!! This is utterly disgusting, do not let them near your child!

I'm very pleased with both the receptionist and with my psych doctor Jennifer Oung. I had called my pharmacy and was told that the medication couldn't be filled and that I needed to call my doctor's office. I did exactly that and the receptionist called my pharmacy and then called me back letting me know that I'll be getting my medications today. Just like she said that's exactly like that. I like the communication and they always find a way to make things right. I would definitely refer them to anyone that might need to see a psych doctor. Most places have closed so it can be frustrating and or hard to find a replacement and the waiting list is usually long. So I'm pleased and satisfied of what happened today.

I submitted my review without acknowledging another really amazing part of dealing with boss and her behavioral associates and with Dr Munir and! His team that helps to make things happen. I wrote that I had been with Dr. Meer for several years now and I have and through those years that have been several quite a few administrative assistance that came in while they must have been trying to find the right fit for Dr. Munir. Whatever the case may be, I just am so grateful that he ended up finding such a reliable, efficient, and thorough person to handle his administrative tasks. Syed, Forgive me please if that’s the total wrong spelling, but this man is wonderful. I know it was tough trying to find someone as wonderful as him for the job. And that doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate the contenders that tried before, but my goodness what a smoothly sailing ship this has become since this wonderful gentleman has taken over those tasks that doctor Munir needs to keep his practice Running smoothly.

Dr. Quays Munir, has been my doctor for going on three years. Starting out I was nervous I was just at a place where I really needed someone to hear me and that’s exactly what he did. And that’s exactly what he does month after month. I wrote a review prior to this. I’m just not sure what happened to it so I’m gonna make sure that I put it up again because he’s worth that. it’s really awesome when you are blessed enough to meet someone who can help you understand your brain better than you do and your behavior and help you with those things better than you’re able to yourself. That’s a hard thing to accept sometimes, but finding such a caring and genuine provider has been a gift for me and to my kids. Doctor Munir Is honest and will not tickle your ears. He is honest and genuine and exactly the kind of human being that I needed to meet. Aside from being brilliant obviously, he listens to me and he has patience with me. I struggle so severely with ADD and ADHD, as well as anxiety and depression but the more that we go along together in my journey, the better I feel about being able to manage all of those things that I just wrote that I struggle with. I’m so grateful To have been referred to Boston Neuro behavioral associates in Brockton and it’s something that I’ll continue to do indefinitely as far as I can see. I’m so grateful for Dr Munirs consistency and help. Every month he’s helpful and he’s there for me and I appreciate that so much.

I have seen my doctor now at Boston neuro Behavioral Associates for a total of four times now and I feel confident leaving this posting of how well they are doing for me. I have never had a doctor sit there and take the time to really Dive Right In to my problems and listen to my needs and care about what I had to say and take advice and combine them with their knowledge and what they think and together come up with the best course of action. It really makes me think like that I am also taking part of my own treatment plan. I can tell you that I'm a veteran and I wasn't getting this type of service even at the VA and it wasn't until I got a referral to see these people that now I am getting the help that I need. Dr. Munir is absolutely the best!! Since I've been seeing him for a year I've made more progress than I have with every doctor I've ever seen. He is reliable, easy to talk to, very understanding, and very knowledgeable. His staff is great too. Always helpful and polite when you call and will see to it that any issues your having are taken care of it. Never had one issue with this place that they didn't make a point to help solve. Hands down the best place to go and be heard.

The Doctor the first time we spoke everything seemed well, but I was still nervous and skeptical, But when the time cane to call in my prescriptions we worked out the best thing we could. I was not happy, but I rather have something to help me verses nothing. I’m Really Happy with my decision my Dr. she is a very kind, nice woman as well. I first recommended in February 2023 at that time they only offered Telehealth which was a big reason I was switching from my Dr of 15 years he only wanted to do telephone appointments. My attention span isn’t good so I wasn’t getting the help I was used to getting face to face. Fast forward to today I called back and by chance it was the same company I already spoke with. A gentleman named Aseel who is amazing he even made notes in February about my reason for not starting therapy with them at that time. 5 months later my brain health was really deteriorating and once again Mr Aseel was able to get me two appointments in the next two days and also assured me the notes he made in February would be sent along as well. Because Social security says if they can’t read it or see it, it never happened which wasn’t the case in my situation. And I only have Mr Aseel to thank for his thoroughness and understanding! I have had the pleasure of working with Astrid for a few months now and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I started speaking with her, I felt at ease and comfortable discussing my mental health concerns. She was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, taking the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explaining any treatment options or medication changes. They made me feel like a partner in my own care and never talked down to me or dismissed my thoughts and feelings. What really stood out to me was that she did not push ADHD stimulant medications on me like my previous provider had and knew the issues that can arise from certain medication combinations I had been on for years and were never disclosed to me after struggling for so long. These actions showed that Astrid truly cares about their patients and wants to provide the best possible care. Overall, I would highly recommend Astrid March to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable provider to help manage their mental health. They are truly a credit to their profession and have made a significant impact on my life.

My son was assigned to Astrid March at BNBA when he was released from the mental health hospital in Brookline. They listened to my input about his behavior once he was released and adjusted his meds accordingly. Her staff was always nice and handle any issues with his meds on the pharmacy end in an quick and orderly fashion and always kept me updated on the status. I never had bad experience with BNBA, their very compassionate and very caring of their patients and their families well being.

The Waltham office is always clean and smells great, but most importantly, the awesome folks that work at the front desk are super gracious, they have a positive attitude, caring nature, calm demeanor, and are super polite! I've been seeing Nurse Practitioner Nataliya Rozenvayn for a few months now. Honestly if it weren't for her, I would not be here. She saved my life by figuring out the best treatment approach for me. I went to different providers for many years but nothing worked. It was a revolving door until Nataliya figured it out!
