With a background in Mechanical Engineering from NED Engineering College, and an MBA from IBA University Ghulam possesses a solid foundation in both engineering principles and business management. With nearly five decades of experience in multinational companies and international manufacturing organizations, where he held senior management positions overseeing factory operations, supply chain management, and general management, he offers invaluable insights into strategic financial management. Since joining BNBA in 2014 as an advisor to the President, Ghulam has been instrumental in steering the company's financial activities towards success, leveraging his diverse skill set to ensure fiscal responsibility while supporting BNBA's mission of providing essential behavioral health services to the community.
