I've been with this company for 2 years now and they are fantastic and patient which is a MAJOR plus in the mental health field. I have been struggling day n and day out for atleast 10+ years. And to finally have found a second home of peace is perfect. HIGHLY RECCOMEND anyone 18+ going threw a hardship to reach out.

Love Astrid, she’s a great Psychiatrist! I haven’t ever had the peace I have now with other doctors. She listens to my needs and directs it. I feel like when I was a kid, peace and happiness. I’ll recommend her always.

I am a new patient and they responded to my issues within a week of my first phone call. I was very impressed right off the bat, everyone I have spoken with so far has been very nice and helpful. I would recommend Boston Behavioral Associates to anyone. (508) 979-5557. No issues, no problems, complaints or concerns.

Intake via the phone operators was horrible due to the operator writing things down incorrectly but when I saw the person I was trying to they got me what I needed that day. After a handful of corrections

The staff at BNB have always been fantastic. They genuinely care about the patients well being. I’m grateful to be a patient. The phone services are easy, so calling in for an appointment is great, and the same with calling in for prescription refills.

I first recommended in February 2023 at that time they only offered Telehealth which was a big reason I was switching from my Dr of 15 years he only wanted to do telephone appointments. My attention span isn’t good so I wasn’t getting the help I was used to getting face to face. Fast forward to today I called back and by chance it was the same company I already spoke with. A gentleman named Aseel who is amazing he even made notes in February about my reason for not starting therapy with them at that time. 5 months later my brain health was really deteriorating and once again Mr Aseel was able to get me two appointments in the next two days and also assured me the notes he made in February would be sent along as well. Because Social security says if they can’t read it or see it, it never happened which wasn’t the case in my situation. And I only have Mr Aseel to thank for his thoroughness and understanding! A real assert to Boston Neurobehavioral health New Bedford
