I am a new patient and they responded to my issues within a week of my first phone call. I was very impressed right off the bat, everyone I have spoken with so far has been very nice and helpful. I would not recommend anyone to go here I was with them going on 4 yrs not one problem till they gave me a new doctor the new doctor took it out on me that my doctor before didn’t follow what she was susposed to do so was very unprofessional so I tried to contact management to request a different doctor but by the time they got back to me the doctor terminated me for me not being happy with her an yes I got mad but that is not right to just terminate a patient like that they didn’t care why I had to say all the cared about is what the doctor said am still haven’t even called me back but I’m on a stimulant medication and she would not even call my script in till I saw the new doctor which is very wrong that doctor didn’t even know me and she did my wrong I highly do not recommend going to her Dr. thakar in New Bedford office she does not care about her patients

Intake via the phone operators was horrible due to the operator writing things down incorrectly but when I saw the person I was trying to they got me what I needed that day. After a handful of corrections

The staff at BNB have always been fantastic. They genuinely care about the patients well being. I’m grateful to be a patient. The phone services are easy, so calling in for an appointment is great, and the same with calling in for prescription refills.

I first recommended in February 2023 at that time they only offered Telehealth which was a big reason I was switching from my Dr of 15 years he only wanted to do telephone appointments.
My attention span isn’t good so I wasn’t getting the help I was used to getting face to face. Fast forward to today I called back and by chance it was the same company I already spoke with.
A gentleman named Aseel who is amazing he even made notes in February about my reason for not starting therapy with them at that time.
5 months later my brain health was really deteriorating and once again
Mr Aseel was able to get me two appointments in the next two days and also assured me the notes he made in February would be sent along as well.
Because Social security says if they can’t read it or see it, it never happened which wasn’t the case in my situation.
And I only have Mr Aseel to thank for his thoroughness and understanding!
