What Is Spravato®?

Spravato® (esketamine nasal spray) is the first and only FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD).

Spravato® works differently than traditional antidepressants by targeting glutamate pathways in the brain to help improve mood and relieve symptoms when other medications haven’t worked.
