

Julia is a licensed clinical social worker. She has provided care in a variety of settings, including residential programs, public and private high schools, therapeutic schools, partial hospital and intensive outpatient programs.
Julia’s approach is collaborative, empathetic, and person-centered, with a little humor thoughtfully mixed in. She is deeply committed to helping clients better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and work toward meaningful personal growth. Julia brings genuine curiosity, compassion, and a nonjudgmental presence to her work, creating space for clients to explore their experiences openly and at their own pace.
She works with young adults and adults across the lifespan. Her areas of focus include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, and life transitions. Her work draws from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
