Gia Gabrielle M. Ranada is a certified physician assistant licensed in Massachusetts and California. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies and her bachelor’s degree in Premedical Health Sciences from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Gia worked in general surgery at CHA Cambridge Hospital, where she took patient histories, performed physical exams, and ordered and interpreted laboratory tests and imaging. She also participated in inpatient rounds, evaluated patients during emergency department and inpatient consultations, and developed care plans with attending physicians.

Before becoming a physician assistant, Gia worked as an emergency medical technician with Lifeline Ambulance Service in Boston, where she assessed patients, provided first aid, and transported patients for further care.
