Gabriela has worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, panic, mood disorders, trauma, and personality disorders. She draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and exposure-based strategies to help reduce intrusive thoughts and support emotion regulation. In treating mood disorders, Gabriela uses CBT and solution-focused therapy (SFT) to build emotional stability, reduce rumination, and increase motivation.
When working with personality disorders, she focuses on exploring attachment wounds and guiding clients in developing a clearer sense of identity and healthier relational skills. Gabriela approaches her work with care and curiosity, and she values the courage it takes to do deep, meaningful inner work.
