Firdous Bukhari is a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who provides therapy in both English and Arabic. She is dedicated to helping individuals from diverse cultural, ethnic, racial, faith, and LGBTQ+ communities navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care.

Firdous specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, work-related stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), hypnotherapy, and other evidence-based approaches to create personalized treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs. Her goal is to help clients gain greater self-awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Firdous understands that many people who appear successful on the outside may still be struggling internally. She provides a culturally responsive, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their experiences, process difficult emotions, and work toward healing. By partnering with each client, she helps them build confidence, strengthen emotional well-being, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
