Doris A. Martínez is a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and proud U.S. Army veteran dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Ana G. Méndez University and is currently pursuing her PhD in Social Work and Social Policy, further strengthening her commitment to clinical excellence, advocacy, and social justice.

Doris works with individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, and significant life transitions. She provides a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore challenges, develop effective coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their sense of hope and purpose.

Using a warm, collaborative, and strengths-based approach, Doris integrates evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and affirmative care. She believes healing is a collaborative process and partners with clients to build resilience, create meaningful change, and support long-term emotional wellness.
