She is passionate about helping clients build the tools, resources, and skills needed to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and independence.
Christina works with a wide range of client needs, including trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and relationship concerns. She utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, solution-focused brief therapy, and narrative therapy. She tailors each treatment plan to meet the individual needs of her clients and believes in meeting them where they are in their journey.
Christina provides a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, better understand their responses, and work through patterns that may be holding them back. She moves at a pace that feels comfortable for each individual and is committed to helping clients feel empowered, supported, and ready to take the next step toward healing and growth.
