Caroline Novak is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Wheelock College and her Master of Social Work from Boston College. Caroline believes each client is the expert of their own story and works collaboratively to help them build resilience, confidence, and lasting emotional well-being.

Caroline treats ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, OCD, and suicidal ideation using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and a strengths-based approach. She helps clients develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and reach their personal goals in a supportive environment.

Caroline understands that starting therapy can feel overwhelming. She creates a warm, welcoming space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes at their own pace.
