Ashley Hiller is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a master’s degree in Social Work and a certificate in Trauma-Informed Care. Her passion for helping others stems from personal experiences that highlight how deeply trauma can affect one’s daily life. Ashley strives to provide a transparent, compassionate environment where clients feel supported, respected, and empowered to grow at their own pace. Her goal is to meet clients where they are, build a strong therapeutic relationship, and collaborate on identifying goals, exploring needs, and working toward meaningful, lasting change.
Ashley specializes in treating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy to help clients build coping skills, increase insight, and improve overall daily functioning.
Ashley offers a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to share and heal at their own pace. Through active listening and collaboration, she helps clients gain greater self-awareness, develop effective coping tools, and strengthen emotional resilience. She looks forward to supporting each client as they take the important first step toward healing, balance, and personal growth.
