Jose Nieves, LCSW
Jose is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW). His practice experience includes working with children, youth, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and/or severe life stressors, impacting mental health stability, including schizophrenia-spectrum disorders, bi-polar disorder, and PTSD. Jose also has substantial experience working with people who are struggling with addiction, including individuals with a dual diagnosis. Jose’s goal is to evaluate everyone within their environment, provide support and practical feedback to effectively address life challenges. Jose also has a particular interest in working with the Hispanic and LGBTQ+ population, challenged with attempting to manage more than one stigmatized identity.
